    Sorry am I being a complete numpty but I cannot see how to load on to the my dig part of the site
    can anyone help

    Alison, I guess you mean the “Your no dig garden?

    I load, with photos you mail of around 400Kb
    Three photos is ideal – before, during (your process) and after, with captions.
