Hi everyone can anyone help me with interplanting spacings ? I never know which plants spacings to use it is easier if they are only sharing the bed for part of their growing time but the one I find most problematic is onions & carrots I feel that if I plant carrots ,&. Parsnips 12 inches apart & then expect onions multisown to sit between at 6inches this may be to close ? Should I plant onions at 10 inches from carrots & parsnips alternating in-between each onion row the carrots are then 20 inches apart from each other but 10 inches away from onions ? I don’t feel I am gaining alot of growing space here this way . But I am trying to benefit each plant group as much as poss.or am I just making things far to complicated ?! Thanks for any help
