    Dear Charles. When you make your one year old manure compost. Do you mix this with brown and green vegetable compost matters, or simply compost the manure all by itself ? Just like some people do when they compost their dry toilet matters ? Sun is shining all over Europe :) Raymond in France.

     It is simpler to let it rot on its own, tiakes too long to remix and usually no need.

    Small amounts of fresh manure are good in compost heaps to speed up decomposition there.

    Your question on photos: I think it may be possible when this site is moved to a new operating system at year’s end.

    And your question of diseases: they don’t have to happen! You have created healthy conditions for roots, the weather is fine.
