Charles, I am away early April for 2 weeks, so I have to organise auto watering. I have built a mist propagation system in the greenhouse with a leaf moisture control switch which I think should be ok for my veg seedlings?? but I also have tomato seedlings just germinated.

I know its best not to wet tomato plants during the growing season but do you think they would survive for 2 weeks in a mist propagator?

Would they be best with some bottom heat?

It’s a good plan Mark to water your tomato seedlings, the same as all the others.
Tomatoes are not, repeat not vulnerable to late blight until night temperatures are much warmer than now and humidity is constantly high, which allows spores to breed fast.
Currently there are few blight spores and they cannot propagate.
Bottom heat is a good plan.

Thank you. Not the best time to take a holiday.
