Hi Charles,
I’m going to try my hand at pea shoots this year. I have Hurst Greenshaft peas for my main crop. Will they do ok for shoots too? I know in your book and video you suggest taller varieties such as Alderman.
Also excited about trying your module technique with zebrune (banana) shallots this year. Love growing them but they are a pain to do individually. Seedlings are through already. Fingers crossed!
