Potato leaf curl, cause of?

Hi all, is anyone experiencing the above? From about twenty swift first earlies, most are doing well, but a few are looking a bit unwell – slightly yellowing leaves, poor growth etc. I suppose it could be the dreaded weed killer remnants in the compost, but why not all of the plants? Do some potato tubers/ plants simply not take and perform well? Bit puzzled by this one! Thank you for any pointers.
