our rocket is lasting ages. it started flowering 3+ weeks ago and i have been removing the flowers as much as possible as i thought this would help it keep producing leaves. it seems to be working, but i’m wondering if it really is cause and effect. or would it still be producing just as many leaves if i gave up the time-consuming task of flower removal?

Hi Ashleigh, are you asking about salad or wild rocket?

I woud sow again because it will be so abundant from sowing now, for a long time, compared with keeping old plants going which are really wanting to seed more than anything. New seedlings are so fast growing at this time.
