    Blight on its way with humidity and temperature prompting warnings from blightwatch!. Seems just about the same every year. Would cloching maincrop spuds be likely to woark – the ends could be vented on dry warm days, and closed on risky windy ward damp days. I’m giving this a go (in desperation for a decent maincrop) using some left over pulytunnel plastic, but wonder if anyone else has any experience of trying this?
