    Hello Charles and all

After a very busy couple of weeks or so I finally have some time this week but was wondering if I am too late now to sow purple sprouting broccoli? If you think it’s a little too late I can try and buy in a few plants either now or in the autumn? Hope everyone is enjoying the good weather this week – I finally managed to plant out my outdoor toms this week which I held back due to lack of time and concerns about the wind (which didn’t do a lot for my courgettes and cucumbers!)

    Regards
    Eliza

    Hi Eliza

In 2015 I sowed PSB Rudolph on 1/6 and last year on 8/6. We cropped this year from late February to late April. I sowed this year on 1/6. Charles’ Sowing Timeline suggests June for PSB, but I guess sooner rather than later.

    Hello John

Thanks for this. I am going to start some today and see how it does then.

    Thanks again
    Eliza
