    We have a 7/8 year old grandson, who next season has a small area on our land he wants to grow his own veg he is excited about it and wants to go everything now! He has asked me for proper tools, ” his size” for Christmas.

    I have had a look online they are quite pricey. Has anyone got any their offspring have grown out of or any other suggestions.

    Perhaps you should think more bucket and spade? Also keep an eye out in pound stores and similar – although both are more likely to have stock in summer. Alternatively Ebay / amazon?

    Thanks Bluebell, I got them from Amazon and delivered today and look good.
