    Does anyone grow this? I grew it last year., having never even eaten it before. Some roots were big, many forked in my stoney soil. This year I will make holes, fill with compost, then plant. Anyway, how do people eat it?

    I prefer to peel, slice and boil, until tender, then add it to soups, stews and vegetable mash. I also find boiling removes the parsley flavour which can be overpowering. I suspect others may prize the flavour.
