Hi Charles,
I am trying to estimate how many plants of salads/herbs to sow throughout the year in order to purchase propagation trays/compost/seeds accordingly.
You mention “Pick & regrow salad leaves through winter, 2kg/4.5lb from three trays, 18 plants”.
I would imagine the yield to be different for each season and outdoor/indoor crops.
Have you got any figure that could help?
