    Hi all – I have some sungold growing in my greenhouse in the soil rather than in pots. I thought sungold is a cherry tom but these fruits are at least as big as a golf ball !! Boasting aside, how big are yours ?!
    I bought these from the local garden centre as my attempts to germinate bought seeds failed, so although they were clearly labelled as sungold I suspect they might be something else.

    Hi Lizzy, Sungold are cherry tomatoes. Mine generally grow to around 2cm – 3cm but mostly around 2cm.

    Lizzie that does sound big for Sungold, as Don says 3cm max, orange, amazing flavour.
    You will know when they ripen.
