The leaves have all dropped off my Soya Bean plants and I believe they are ready to harvest. I have never grown them before. What should I do next and how should I prepare them for storage.

Jeanette, no leaves means no more growth so pick them now, or twist out plants and shell the beans later when you have time.
Place shelled beans on a tray on a sunny windowsill to dry.

Or, depending on how many you have, boil them in the shell for about 5 minuntes, sprinkle a bit of sea salt over and then eat the beans only, not the shells, and enjoy them as Edamame, tastes fantastic.

Thank you both for your advice. I will try some now as you suggest Hawfinch and dry the rest for future use.
