Stick French Beans blown over – How best to fix the situation

Just looked out of the window and the wind has blown over a short double row of Stick French Beans – Blauhilde and Borlotti beans- pulling the roots out of the ground.

I am left with a mess of poles and plants. Some of the poles have snapped and the plants were in full production.
Help – any ideas on what to do.?
Should I cut the plants down to remove them from the mess of poles.
Put the sticks back into the ground and replant the beans as best I can.
Or is it best to start again planting fresh seed into the ground.

Do you need to blanch French beans before freezing. I can at least harvest what was growing.
The picture shows the beans at the beginning of July.

A shame Jacqui and they won’t regrow from being put back in the soil, having lost 90%+ of their roots.
And it’s too late to sow again unless you are in southern Europe perhaps, or Florida!
