One of my Evita Caulies had a sunken Brown area in the middle of the 2kg head. Plenty of it was still edible and tasted great. The Cauli next to it was a similar size and perfect. Any ideas what the cause could be?

Since its neighbour was fine, maybe it was just a slightly unhealthy plant and suffered from some weather it did not like, or soil near its roots, or whatever, but I wouldn’t worry in general, especially as it was a 2kg head!
