    Charles & Steph, Do you take your skins off?, or do you leave them on,
    I want to leave them on, always!
    I’m eating, cooking, ‘canning’, & sauce-ing.

    Hello David, we leave them on always, in fact just had a great veg supper with tomato sauce and a little egg.
    Great that you have a good surplus!
